We went to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in Long Beach last night to stuff ourselves.
Per is a friend of mine from Sweden who I met when I was a snowboard filmer.
He's now a freelance editor and filmer.
He moved pretty recently to Long Beach to his American girlfriend, now fiancée, Amber.
They seem to appreciate the mix of waffles, whipped butter, syrup and chicken as much as we do,
so I'm sure this won't be our last date here.
