The group of cabins where the Wilt's live is called The Pines.
The Pines was built in the 1950's. It consisted of five little cabins up for rent - called The Pines Resort.
In the -60's the cabins were sold one by one and the owner also sold a few other pieces of land where nothing was built yet.
Today a few of the original five cabins still exist in the original form. Like this one above which is Cabin no 1.
Ron Muggerud was one of the first buyers and now his children and grandchildren also come here in the summer. He just finished remodeling his cabin which is the original Cabin no 5.
He gave us a little tour in no 1, and a little history lesson.

A lot of the interior still looks the same.
This is the entire kitchen, where only a few changes has been made since the 50's.
There are now 11 houses in the Pines and the people here call the community their second family.
