Today we walked out to a tiny island off the north east coast. About a 10 minute sketchy wobbly walk in water shoes over sharp uneven reefs. But the water never reached chest height. We were able to bring a backpack with our lunch out there. Or so we thought until I realized I forgot the sandwiches in the fridge. Anyway-the beach was amazing and we hung out for a few hours before wading back..a little more sunburnt than planned.
