Mahalo Oahu!

We are now in the airport waiting to board our flight to Kaua'i. The last hours in Oahu we spent in Pearl Harbour. A boat took us out to a memorial site built upon the sunken USS Arizona. That ship took 1177 sailors with it when it exploded and sank. Still around 900 sailors are buried inside it.. You can see the ship underneath you and some parts of it are sticking up through the surface.

A big naval ship was visiting the harbour. A good way to end our week here:-)
