The Triumph is more ready to go than ever! Cooper is putting in many many hours and it shows!
With new brakes and all, we steered towards Malibu.
Pit stop at Café Habana that makes the most delicious corn rolls. This is the sister Café of Habana in NYC and Brooklyn. But only here do you run into Cindy Crawford (who's husband owns the place).
So this is a place we've heard so much about, The Old Place. Hidden in the canyons of Malibu, we went on a super winding road to get there. Just in time to see the place before it got totally crowded.
Reached El Matador beach where we met up with some friends. The beach was kind of windy, but they'd found a nice place along a wall. Strawberries and cup cakes completed the sensation.
The ride home was not exactly warm, but at least we looked good and color coordinated.
