Cooper tried a new recipe last night. I had to wait for a long time, then the surprise was revealed - jalapeno stuffed chicken with black bean rice!
He stuffed the chicken breasts with jalapenos, bacon, cream cheese, mexican cheese, lime..etc and rolled them in oil and breadcrumbs.
The rice was mixed with black beans, corn and cilantro on top.
Soooo good!!
The breadcrumbs mad the chicken crispy in the oven.
