We started the day by going to Long Beach to look at the space shuttle Endeavour's last journey. On top of a Boeing it flew straight over our heads, a historical event, and the shuttle is now retired and will be at a museum in LA.
Afternoon bbq at the house in the hot, gorgeous summerweather.
Lots of wine drinking since lots of wine was brought down from Sonoma!
At night we went down to the beach below the house to make a bonfire and s'mores.
It was Klara's first s'more experience and of course a big success!
Cooper taught her how to grill the marshmallow the perfect way.
